It has been about a year since I've last pulled out the WeeklyBUG Group section. Last September everything changed for me when Matt Taibbi and I emailed back & forth some and he subsequently did the Rolling Stone September 2012 cover story "Greed and Debt" The True Story About Mitt Romney and Bain Capital".
The Ugly
Soulless Killers of Elephants get off easy except for a few who poisoned 80 Elephants and get to go to prison for 15 years. Then there's the purple elephant of the Fullerton bus depot. Where homeless man Kelly Thomas was needlessly beaten to death by Fullerton Police (reportedly they abusers of power actually bragged about their brutality -t when they hit the showers).
The Bad
My very own personal nemesis is Mitt Romney and his secret (Frank Nitti super-crook) Paul Traub (who just so happens to have also been a partner of Ponzi schemer Tom Petters). It is now reported that Mr. Petters seeks reduction of his 50 year sentence (and I agree, even though Petters stole $750,000 from me).
At the same time, Bruce Prevost & David Harold have yet to be sentenced; because they were not needed to convict Frank Vennes; who seeks to get off with as little time as possible. Some say he wants only probation (like Scott Bloch). Others believe Vennes is only going to get 3 to 5 years; because he is a perfect Bible thump'r.
THE GOOD
American patriot, the Honorable Richard Fine was FREED from tyrannical jail imprisonment last September. Trayvon Martin's mother has a Petition on SYG that reached 400,000 signtures. Marissa Alexander is doing 20 years in prison for shooting a hole in the house that prosecutors claimed "could" have done worse (if lightning had struck Romney, would could have been spared a flip flopper con'idate; but Marissa Alexander gets partial wins in her appeal case - and a new trial may be on the horizon.

Richard Fine May Get Back his Bar Card
First of all, touching a positive note and detailing some hallowed antiquity (sorry guys/gals - I was born on hallo-weeny), we'll begin by starting where The WeeklyBUG went into slumber a year ago. First of all Hat's Off to Kossack "Neuroptimalian" and and a D provide by him/her on the FREE'ing of Richard Fine in September 2012.
The nasty tyrannical justice in Richard Fine's case, the not so honorable Judge Yaffe, who put Richard Fine in jail in a bad faith manner; had a brite light shinned upon the justice's darkness. Richard Fine is a true American Patriot and the type of attorney at law we need many more of. He spent 18 months in jail when he attempted to sue California Supreme Court judges for sneakily getting an extra $50,000 per year above the State's Constitutional limits.
Richard Fine is alive and well and his daughter is Editor of UpWorthy.
Rumor has it Richard Fine has a good chance to get his Bar Card BACK!
The UGLY
First Amendment Blogger/Professor Jonathan Turley has a feature today about Elephant Killers. In his thread "Poachers Jailed After Poisoning Watering Holes To Kill 81 Elephants For Their Tusks" - Professor details the following stories;

Meanwhile, back in the good ole U.S. of A (holes) - we have the Fullerton, California police who killed homeless man Kelly Thomas, apparently, just for the heck of it. This is a LINKto my D from last year. This Youtube video basically tells it all in a nutshell.
Hat's off to Kelly Thomas's fatherKelly's father Ron Thomas, will forever be haunted by the cries of his son "Dad" "Dad" as Kelly Thomas was beaten to death by six police officers for doing nothing wrong. It has since come out that the reason the police were out after Kelly Thomas; was due to a local business making a false police report of Kelly breaking into cars - so the homeless man would be driven away.
Ron Thomas, who is a retired Sheriff that turned down the offer of money and coercion to go away quietly and protect the blue wall of silence.

The BAD
Most of you are well familiar with the fact that yours truly has been battling Goldman Sachs, Bain Capital, Mitt Romney & Gang for a decade plus now. As is noted in the introductory paragraph up top, things are heating up in the press about our eToys saga. What many still don't grasp (in part because yours truly has no idea how to tell a story well) - is the fact that Mitt Romney is a RACKETEER. As a Boss (like Capone) Romney has many Frank Nitti types. Two such characters include Tom Petters and Paul Traub. Petters is doing 50 years in prison currently; but seeks to get a greatly reduced sentence. Even though Mr. Petters beat yours truly out of $750,000.00; I'm compelled to agree that Tom Petters is doing much more time than he should be.
Along with Tom Petters, there are many others in jail. Including, but not limited to Rothstein, Deanna Coleman (out now), Michael Catain, Bob White (who got off very easy), Scott Bloch (a DOJ who destroyed case files, plead guilty; but refused to do ANY jail time). Then there's also Larry (Reservitz) Reynolds, who laundered $12 BILLION for Petters & Traub while under investigation by the IRS, SEC, FDIC and (believe it or not) also in the witness protection program.
There's also Greg Bell of Lancelot whose party Marty Lackner committed suicide?!?!
Frank Vennes is also one of the worst. He worked with Michelle Bachmann via Team Challenge in Minnesota and elsewhere. Mr. Vennes was looking for a full pardon from GW Bush (for a previous conviction) - when everything blew up in the Tom Petters case. Purportedly Vennes gave BIG donations (questionable in validity) to Bachmann and Senator Coleman. Vennes is not only hoping to do little or no time, his cohort in crime (Charles Chase) got paid off from his victims fund. (And it gets more insane)!
Well, just in today, we are blessed with the Wall Street Journal "Bankruptcy Beat" Online entity, detailing the efforts of Tom Petters to get a sentence reduction and some additional tidbits in the WSJ article titled; "Petters Fallout Continues Five Years Later".
It is a surreal case like no other. Yours truly is battling a POTUS wannabe (now has been), along with Goldman Sachs & Bain Capital; plus corrupt federal autocrats many. Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital have conspired with Tom Petters partner Paul Traub, in multiple cases - including Petters issues convoluted; but flagrantly, brazenly visible.

We helped get Trayvon Martin Mother's original petition from 25,000 signatures - to 2 million. Now Trayvon mother has a new Petition (HeRe) that has 400,000 signatures already; where she seeks to get a nationwide review of the Stand Your Ground Laws. (You can see my previous D -HERE).
Marissa Alexander wins court appeals decision.
While George Zimmerman basically gets away "Scot Free" for the killing of Trayvon Martin (for what some say may have been a derelict and/or intentionally botched prosecution); there's the other Stand Your Ground case in Florida of Marissa Alexander;

Fellow Kossack Adam B (:0P has a Diary on the fact that Marissa Alexander is getting a new trial. B's D is titled; "Justice in Florida: Marissa Alexander gets a new trial". Mr. B points out that the Florida Panel overturns the conviction due to errant jury instructions. Adam B also points out that the prosecutor vows to retry Marissa and it is unknown (presently) -IF/when Marissa Alexander will be released. (Now I have to capitulate that there's 2 thingy's that are okay about Mr. B..... 1) this D is one of his best {most fair} works ever...... and 2) - His Avatar).....

Zimmerman stalked Trayvon, a scuffled ensued and Zimmerman Killed Trayvon; after GZ confessed he went after Trayvon for reasons of "belief".There's another D from fellow Kossack "Leslie Salzillo" that has a letter from Marissa Alexander (you can see Leslie's D - HERE). Leslie Salzillo added an update to the D - providing the address for Marissa - so that anyone who wishes to, may send a letter of encouragement. She is a battered woman and her incarceration is a perversion of justice.As far as belief goes, Marissa's husband picked her up and threw her!
Marissa Alexander shot a wall standing her ground against a KNOW abusive husband and she received 20 years in prison.
TWENTY FUCKING YEARS - for putting a bullet in a wall (See my prior D - HERE).
Marissa's husband testified he is UNABLE to control his anger.
You can read this one for yourself (transcript - HERE), where Marissa's husband confessed he actually picked her up and threw her out of the house in previous arguments. That's a history undeniable and down right frightening and life threatening.

Trayvon Martin is a black youth shot and killed by a person who STALKED him. George Zimmerman pursued Trayvon and there is much logical ground on who stood his ground. But there's absolutely NO debate on who died as a result.
Marissa stood her ground, in her own house, shot a wall as a warning - and is doing 20 years.

Big news is coming down the pipeline for our eToys case. If Richard Fine does get his Bar card back - we'll let you know. As for the trial of the Police who killed Kelly Thomas, I'm very concerned that time will permit this crime to not see proper justice; but we'll keep you informed anyway.
